In selling my house near Castlemaine, Brett was very assiduous. He slogged away from late summer to mid-winter, & remained cheerful & optimistic throughout.

The property was an unusual one, and didn't sell for several months. Brett showed great integrity in not even hinting that I should drop my price. Indeed when I hinted at it, he argued I shouldn't. And he was right.
